What Do the Outdoor Fitness Classes Consist Of?
Now that’s a trick question. We keep our fitness classes fun, challenging and rewarding. Every group training workout you do will be different; you’ll never know what to expect. However, we design each exercise class around a few principles. We use circuit training, HIIT, endurance and aerobic to enhance the benefits you receive from each exercise class. Outdoor Bootcamp classes are incredibly time-efficient. Workouts are short, lasting an hour, with warm-ups included. That’s much shorter than an ordinary gym session, but make no mistake, you will gain a lot each time you visit.
