Code of conduct

1. The park for which the client purchases their 10 for 10 offer is the park who, by default,  can pitch for their membership.  If there’s a possibility of multi park no other park is to approach the client for a membership.
2. If the client chooses to upgrade to a multi membership option the membership goes to the original park the client signed up to, regardless of which park the client attends the most.
3. If a member attends your park on a multi park from another location, you are not permitted to discuss any change to their membership with them.
4. The only time a client would change park membership between parks is if the client approaches the Franchise owner requesting to do so.
5. Changes in membership which may occur between parks:

a. From multi park to single park at a different location, this can be done at any time during their contract. The giving park to cancel contract and hand over the amount of months already completed and the receiving park to re-start their contract from that point.
