These options pack plenty of fibre, minerals, and antioxidants.
Avoid the Western diet that is often loaded with red meats and excess calories. Unhealthy carbohydrates, full-fat dairy products, and processed foodstuffs are linked to lifestyle diseases and premature ageing. But alternative meal plans like vegan diets can reduce the risk of diabetes type II, heart disease, obesity, and certain cancers.
2. Manage your stress levels

Smoking cigarettes is terrible for your lungs, given that they contain over 400 toxic chemicals, including formaldehyde, tar, and carbon monoxide.
