Bootcamp UK Gravesend: a friendly outdoor bootcamp you can actually stick with
What a session is actually like (so you’re not guessing)

Outdoor fitness classes that build confidence as well as fitness
The worries people have (and what tends to happen)
Maybe… but it genuinely doesn’t matter. People are focused on their own workout. And the coach will help you choose the right level so you can keep moving, feel good afterwards, and build up gradually.
No. There’s cardio, but it’s not a running club. You’ll do a mix of cardio stations and strength/conditioning stations, which is why a fitness boot camp can change your fitness quickly without you needing to live in the gym.
Most people feel that way before their first session. The good news is: once you’re moving, you stop overthinking it. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you’ll be encouraged — not singled out.
Because it’s an outdoor bootcamp, sessions run year-round, but they’re adapted to keep things safe. If it’s rough weather, the coach adjusts the session so it still works without anything risky.
