What happens during the Fitness Classes?
Our Fitness Classes are designed around a few proven fitness principles and body conditioning. We use a combination of circuit training, HIIT and aerobic workouts. Every class you attend will be different; you’ll never know what to expect!
Our fitness coaches will monitor every team member, ensuring everyone performs exercises with good technique. They also monitor intensity, as there’s no slacking allowed!

For the most part, members join our group training to get fit. So the answer is that it doesn’t matter how fit you are or are not. We design our exercise classes to be adaptable for all fitness levels, and yes, we do mean all! As long as you are motivated and ready for that change, you are ready!
Fitness For All Abilities
Portsmouth Outdoor boot camp workouts are a good option for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced. Our coaches will help beginners and offer regressions, while fitter participants can try more advanced boot camp workouts. But, everyone needs to give their best; that is the only rule.
Our outdoor exercises are very time-efficient, as group workouts last only one hour. But, boot camp training is intensive; you will be able to reach all of your fitness goals by doing a few short workouts per week.
