Are you after a Pay As You Go PAYG option? We deliver fun fitness classes suitable for the complete beginner up to the athlete, and we also offer PAYG payment options. Your first ten sessions are just £10; after that, there are two PAYG options to choose from or monthly membership options.

What To Expect From Our Fitness Group
Expect the unexpected! Every workout class you attend is different; we change it up to keep our fitness classes fun and exciting. That said, we do design our group exercise classes around a few proven principles. Each workout is a blend of circuit training, HIIT, aerobic and endurance workouts. We create our group training to maximise the benefits you will experience. With a combination of a healthy diet and Bootcamp, you are likely to notice increased functional strength and decreased body fat.
